The hotel with modern rooms, in a central area, close to subway to explore the city.

Amazingly tiny room.

Everyone was welcoming and amiable. It was in a central setting near subway. Moreover, it's really close to the Kayabacho metro stop, and good eating place around.

The rooms were well-equipped and beds - comfortable. This hotel was set in a central area near a metro stop on two good metro lines that go directly to places of interest downtown, the main tourist attractions and main areas of Tokyo such as Ginza and Marunouchi.

Had perfectly pleasant stay on my next visit soon.

The staff were extremely helpful, convenient hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, close to a train station, if you need it. There were a market and convenience stores around the property. I loved attached restaurants around.

Some people working there were not very friendly.

I asked for an a double room and the one given was tidy and modern. Favourable central location so close to the metro and near Tokyo Station as well as metro station, yoshinoya, family mart and a lot of good eating place around. There was an attached restaurant nearby.

When I am in Tokyo, I like staying here. I have just returned from a very nice stay in this low budget hotel, new-fashioned and relaxing rooms. The location is in a nice spot very close to main attractions. There is Imano Fruit Factory nearby for a cup of coffee.

Location - decent, very close to metro station, yoshinoya, family mart and a lot of good eating place around, and the Kayabacho metro. Efficient, excellent staff towards all guests. A great selection of food for breakfast including toast and eggs.

The staff at Sotetsu Fresa Inn were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to assist us, especially when our Visa card wasn't working initially. The room was small but comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. The location was convenient, with easy access to the metro and close proximity to restaurants and a supermarket. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay in Tokyo.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by several aspects. the location was fantastic, right next to the Kayabacho underground station. This made it very convenient to access other parts of the city. Additionally, the hotel offered great value for money, with affordable prices for the room and the added bonus of free breakfast in the morning. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, always willing to assist with any requests or inquiries. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and had all the basic amenities one would need. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel.

I had a great stay here! The staff were very helpful and kind - I got prompt help when I accidentally locked myself out of my room. The room had several USB charging ports, so no need to buy an adapter. The small breakfast every morning was very convenient, and there's a Family Mart only 2 minutes away. The hotel provides useful amenities like single-use toiletries and even hair making tools to borrow. They also have free luggage lockers instead of leaving your bags openly in the lobby.

Strongly recommend this hotel.
